1. Receiving the Shipment:

• By accepting the shipment from the courier company, the customer acknowledges that the package is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened prior to receipt.

2. Purchases Paid by:

• Purchases paid with vouchers, credit cards, or through installment services cannot be refunded in cash, but the amount can be exchanged for store vouchers.

3. Returns:

•  Returns can be made within three days from the date of receiving the order from the courier company.
•  The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
•  An administrative fee of 20 SAR will be applied for returns, and it will be deducted from the product’s amount.
• The refund will be processed after the shipment reaches the warehouse and its condition is verified.
• The refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s account within 7 to 21 days.

4. Exchanges:

•  Exchanges can be made within seven days from the date of receiving the order from the courier company.
• The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
• An administrative fee of 40 SAR will be applied for exchanges, and it will be deducted from the product’s amount.
• The new product will be shipped after the returned item is received at the warehouse and its condition is verified.
• If the new product is more expensive, the customer will pay the price difference. However, If the new product is of lower value, the customer will be refunded the difference, minus the administrative fee.
• Refunds may take 7 to 21 days to appear in the customer’s bank account

5. Pre-Orders:

• If the customer wishes to return a pre-ordered item before the game is released, the refund will be processed to the bank account within 7 to 21 days.
• The product will be received within 1 to 5 days from the game’s release date.
• Pre-order gifts (if any) depend on the delivery date from the game supplier.

 استلام الشحنة

 استلام الشحنة من شركة الشحن يُعتبر إقراراً من العميل بأن الشحنة (الكرتون) سليمة وفي حالة جيدة ولم يتم فتحها قبل الاستلام.

المشتريات المدفوعة

o المشتريات المدفوعة بواسطة قسائم الشراء أو بطاقات الائتمان أو من خلال خدمة تقسيط المشتريات لا يمكن استرجاعها نقداً، ولكن يمكن استبدال القيمة بقسائم شرائية

الاسترجاع

 يمكن استرجاع المنتجات خلال ثلاثة أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب من شركة الشحن.

 يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يسبق فتحه.

سيتم تطبيق رسوم إدارية للاسترجاع قدرها 20 ريال ويتم خصمها من قيمة المنتج.

 سيتم استرجاع المبلغ بعد وصول الشحنة إلى المستودع والتأكد من سلامتها، ويستغرق ظهور المبلغ في حساب العميل من 7 إلى 21 يوم.

الاستبدال

الاستبدال يكون خلال سبعة أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب من شركة الشحن.

يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية ولم يسبق فتحه.

سيتم تطبيق رسوم إدارية للاستبدال قدرها 40 ريال ويتم خصمها من قيمة المنتج.

سيتم شحن المنتج بعد استلام المنتج المراد استبداله في المستودع والتأكد من سلامته.

 إذا كان المنتج الجديد أعلى سعراً، يتم تحويل الفارق على حساب الشركة. وإذا كان أقل سعراً، يتم استرداد الفرق من الأموال بعد خصم قيمة الرسوم الإدارية على الحساب البنكي خلال 7 إلى 21 يوم.

 الطلبات المسبقة

في حال رغبة العميل في الاسترجاع قبل صدور اللعبة، يتم استرداد المبلغ على الحساب البنكي خلال 7 إلى 21 يوم.

استلام المنتج سيكون خلال 1 إلى 5 أيام من تاريخ إصدار اللعبة.

 هدايا الطلب المسبق (إن وجدت) تعتمد على موعد استلامها من الشركة الخاصة باللعبة.
